PT. Kasongan Bumi Kencana is a company which has the gold project in Central Kalimantan. For supporting our rapid operation, we are looking for the service for the below position and will be placed in our remote site.

GEOLOGY SUPERINTENDENT

Responsibilities :
* Assist with detailed planning of exploration and resources definition programs within the project area
* Take overall responsibility for day to day geology department
* Liaise with other senior site personnel to achieve desired project objectives in a timely and cost effective manner
* Monitor and control program costs and timing
* Monitor and report on contractor performance and productivity
* Ensure that program planning, execution and control comply with the KBK project management systems and accounting practices
* Responsible for ensuring that all information / data leaving site is to the highest possible standard
* Promote Health & Safety and environmental programs
* Provide mentoring and management support for all geology department staff on site
* Ensure compliance with all relevant KBK policies, procedures and processes
* Manage resources and manage or implement change to keep the project on track
* Ensuring accurate and timely reporting as defined in the Project Plan, including updating the site KPI’s.
* Review of contractor, consultant, and supplier invoice and recommending for payment
* Ensuring that all documentation and reporting requirements are complied with

Requirements :
* Male and min. Bachelor (S1) from good reputable university, prefer Master (S2)
* 10 years experience plus in Area of Exploration and Mine Development
* High level of competence across all aspects of exploration, resource definition, data management, and QA/QC for epithermal gold deposits
* High level of competence with geological modelling processes, data acquisition systems/process, data management systems/processes/QAQC
* Medium level competence with project management
* High level competence with report writing
* Have good leadership
* Good communication in English (both writing and verbal) is a MUST
* The successful candidate will be placed in Mirah project site, Central Kalimantan.
