I.GM Legal – (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Coordinating all of corporate legal aspect and operational, lisence, and document audited in english version
* Giving dan analysing recommendation on all of corporate legal and operational able to providing legal advices for Board of Director in company , etc
Requirements:
* Min. 15 years experience at law firm, with min. hands-on experience 10 cases case of commercial law and land acquisition or same position (GM) at property company, min 3 years.
* University graduate in law. Holding a Master degree in Notariat is prefelable
* Clear understanding of common regulatory prosess for public company (Tbk), Finances, law, government/ public policy making processes and regulatory structure.
* Communication and interpersonal skill & Execellent in English Good
* Strong leadership profile
* Deadline : 16 Oktober 2008
II.Legal Manager – (Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:
* Pendidikan Min. S1 Hukum
* Max. berusia 40 tahun
* Pengalama Kerja Minimal 2 tahun sebagai Legal Manager di Developer Property
* Biasa menangani PPJB, AJB dan luwes berhubungan dengan Tenant
* Dapat merancang dokumen legal perusahaan ( PKS, kontrak, surat keputusan, MOU, ADD, dll )
* Memahami peraturan yang berlaku yang berkaitan dengan bisnis perusahaan, serta mengetahui dan memahami peraturan – peraturan yang berkaitan dengan aspek hukum bisnis perusahaan dan SDM, serta mengetahui product knowledge perusahaan,
* Mempunyai leadership, innovative dan loyal
* Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi dan kepribadian yang baik

III.Project Manager – (Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:
* S1 Teknik Sipil atau Arsitek
* Pengalaman 4 tahun yang sama pada bidang Real Estate & Residensial
* Pria. Max 45 tahun
* Menguasai Auto Card, memahami pekerjaan infrastruktur dan perumahan
* Mampu bekerja secara sistematis dan menyusun target sesuai budget projek
* Mampu berbahasa inggris lisan dan tulisan
* Menguasai MS Offices
* Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi dan kepribadian yang baik
