I.Business Process Improvement Leader - (Banten, Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
* Organize and Lead BPI and SQA team
* Lead process improvement activities in BaliCamp, including developing process improvement plan
* Keep conformance of BaliCamp standards with CMMI and ISO requirements
* Manage communication and coordination with other units in BaliCamp and Sigma
* Manage communication with external process consultant and assessor

Requirements:
* Strong leadership and communication skill
* Min. 4 years experince in process improvement/change management process
* In-depth experience in general software engineering concepts & methodology
* Having solid ISO and or CMMI knowledge
* Familiarity with process improvement tools / techniques
* Logic & systematic, analytical thinking, striving to detect improvement opportunities
* Good interpersonal skill, independent, quick learner, team work, able to work under pressure
* Good communication skill, fluent in English (oral & written)
* Full-Time positions available

II.Database Developer - (Banten)

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Must having knowledge and skill in Java Programming
* Prefer having knowledge in one of known Application Server (WAS, OC4J, etc)
* Prefer having knowledge in one of known Unix Operating System (Linux, AIX, Solaris, etc)
* Must having deep knowledge in one of known Database Technology (Oracle, DB2)
* Must having good analytical and logical thinking to solve problem and give best solution
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.

III.Capacity Planning Staff - (Jakarta Raya - Bumi Serpong Damai)

Responsibilities:
* Capacity planning is proper planning ensures a healthy infrastructure that can grow to meet future needs.
* You will responsible to handle day to day operational for capacity planning, create new standard operational, managing project, budgeting planning & control, etc.

Requirements:
* Has at least 3-5 years of experience in capacity planning & management.
* Deep knowledge in IT & capacity planning.
* Understand about Data Center infrastructure (hardware, software, network, UPS, PAC, genset,electrical, etc).
* Understand Business Profile Technology presentation.
* Plan & design capacity knowledge
* Deadline : 02 Oktober 2008

IV.Environmental Staff - (Jawa Timur - Surabaya)

Responsibilities:
Day to day running check list, reporting, documenting, escalation, trouble shooting and imporvement for all environment equipment, e.g :
- Electrical system, genset and UPS
- Air Conditioner (cooling tower, PAC, split system)
- Fire alarm and suppression system, FM200
- Physical security system (access control and CCTV)
- Raised floor, partition, etc

Requirements:
* Minimum D3 in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
* At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
* Willing to work in SHIFT schedule.
* Good command in English.
* Basic knowledge & skill on above environment equipments
* Deadline : 09 Oktober 2008

V.Business Process Improvement Staff - (Jakarta Raya - Bumi Serpong Damai)

Responsibilities:
* Review & Analyst Service Performance and SLA Breach and communicate to related unit for Corrective Action, Improvement Process.
* Design or re-design services, detail process, performance measurement critaeria, service communication to get Standard Service or support new IT Service/Process get process efficiency, extend customer value.

Requirements:
* Bachelor degree from Information Technology or Industrial Engineering
* Minimum 1 year experience in Quality Assurance or Business Process Improvement
* Preferably has experience in implemented project in Banking/Manufacturing Industry
* Possess good knowledge about ISO 9001 and Six Sigma
* Good analytical thinking, great in communication skill
* Good in English oral and written
* Willing to work in Bumi Serpong Damai.
