We currently have a vacancy in our Batam operation and would like to invite highly motivated individuals to grow with us in this position:

I.Continuous Improvement Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist CI Manager to develop and implement CI Projects in Asia
* Review progress of CI Projects and monitoring savings
* Review and monitor site metrics for continuous improvement
* Assist in metrics compilation for reporting to site and SBU management
* Assist in CI training activities like Awareness Program, Communication Session
* Lead and mentor Kaizen Teams
* Provide technical assistance to all staff in Asia with respect to CI activities

Requirements:

* Engineering Degree, preferably Mechanical
* 2 – 3 years of working experience would be more advantageous
* Preferred Lean Manufacturing/ Six Sigma background
* Basic statistical knowledge
* Fluent in spoken and written English
* Good analytical skill and desire for improvement
* Have good team work

II.Senior Accountant

Requirements:

* University Degree in Accounting
* At least 5 years of working experience in a manufacturing company
* Experience in product costing and variance analysis
* Experience in Indonesia corporate tax requirement
* Fluent in spoken and written English
* Familiar with MRP system and MS Office (MS Excel, MS Access, MS Outlook) preferred
* Working knowledge of transfer pricing
* Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX requirements
