I.Heavy Equipment Manager – (Kalimantan Timur)

Requirements:

* Skill Requirements :
– Make have over 5 years experience in Heavy Equipment Management
– Strong knowledge in cranes (mobile, crawler, tower)
– Ensures Safe and Reliable equipments are available to meet operational requirements.
– Manage large workshop, project equipments and their requirements.
– An individual who therives on structure, organization, planning and operational improvement.
– With knowledge of appraisals and staff development techniques.
– Manages the service and maintenance requirements
– Communicate with project Leaders.
– Ensure performance and cost focus across the area.
– Reviews capital equipments requisitions inline with corporate guidelines and objectives
– Manage effective utilization of vehicle assets :

+ Ensures equipment management system are effectively utilized.
+ Meets all financial review dates and corporate directed programs in a timely fashion.
+ Oversees personnel needs of the department including selecting, coaching, and training staff and evaluating employee performance.
+ Assists in creating a positive team-oriented environment through employee development and motivation.
- Education Qualification :
+ Male
+ Degree holder preferably in Mechanical Engineering
+ Fluency in English & Bahasa Indonesia

* Education Qualification:
* Degree holder preferably in Mechanical Engineering
* Fluency in English & Bahasa Indonesia
* Skill Requirements:

* Ensures Safe and Reliable equipments are available to meet operational requirements.
* Manage large workshop, project equipments and their requirements.

Requirements:

* Female, D3 in Secretary
* Single, age max. 25 years old
* Minimum 1 year experienced as a Secretary
* Prepare/updating document for Health & Safety Environment meeting, hse training schedule, hse policy
* Capable to manage in/outgoing letters, files, filling document, able to perform multitask.
* Smart, highly self motivated, good initiative, able to work independently & a team, good communication skill, hard worker and wiling to work overtime.
* Be able to communicate in English both oral and written
* Have knowledge in ISO 9001:2000 implementation
* Able to handle administrative works
* Having self confidence and good personality
* Excellent in Computer skills : Ms Office, Internet tools, E-mail
* Deadline : 10 Oktober 2008

IV.Secretary Project – (Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

* Female, single, age below 25 years
* Education background Min Diploma Degree
* Minimum 1 year working experience
* Smart, highly self motivated, good initiative, able to work independently & a team, good communication skill
* Be able to communicate in English both oral and written
* Able to handle administrative works
* Having self confidence and good personality
* Excellent in Computer skills : Ms Office
