I.SYSTEM ANALYST
Qualifications :
* Experience in systems analysis on development of new and replacement application projects
* Experience in gathering and developing detailed functional requirments for OO, multi-tier applications
* Experience in designing and facilitating user focus sessions
* Experience in designing and facilitating solution envisioning sessions
* Experience in leading Software Process improvement efforts
* Experience with iterative methodology and / or experience in testing (System, Unit, Integration, Interface)
* Understand of data modeling, object modeling (domain model), and OO design principles
* Strong understanding of capabilities and limitations of programming languages, middleware solutions, application servers and presentation layer tools is a plus but not required
* Strong skills using MS Office
* Exceptional listening, writing and verbal communications skills
II.TEAM LEADER
Qualifications :
1. At least 3 years experience in combining analysis, design, development and implementation of large-scale systems (Object-Oriented and/or distributed component based, especially .NET)
2. Full life-cycle development experience, preferably on large-scale applications
3. Strong in logic and algorithm
4. Experience with object oriented analysis/design & some knowledge and skills on Software Architecture
5. Exposure to EAI technologies (MSMQ, BizTalk, XML Web Services)
6. Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies (such as MSF, RUP and Agile Methodologies)
7. Has good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming (C#, VB.NET, ASP/ASP.NET+AJAX are advantages)
8. RDBMS knowledge and skill (MS SQL Server)
9. Experience in a mentoring/coaching role
10. Good leadership skills and experience in leading development teams
