I.Business Development General Manager – (Jakarta-Indonesia)

Responsibilities:

* Job role :
* The candidate will develop / implement strategic and tactical plans to expand local and international business. He will grow existing business, identify and penetrate new markets which deliver a significant increase in revenue and profits

Requirements:

* Job Requirements:
* • Male, post graduate degree, age 35 – 43, with minimum 10 years working experience in oil & fat industry.
* • Vast Knowledge and experience of offshore outsourcing in the relevant sector
* • Have experience in developing new business through a combination of prospecting, marketing supported lead generation, direct selling efforts, and channel partners
* • Have experience in negotiating agreements, creating account strategy plans, and deploying/allocating appropriate resources to an account
* • Have experience in taking ownership of and managing a “territory” as one’s own business
* • Must have consistently demonstrated the ability to exceed quota assignments, manage complex sell cycle and develop new business relationships and opportunities
* • Passion for competition. Proven track record in consultative value proposition/business case driven sales methodologies and techniques
* Required language(s): English.

II.BMDP – MANUFACTURING – (Tarjun (Kotabaru) – Kalimantan Selatan, Medan, Surabaya & Jakarta)

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Food Technology. (max. 27 years old)
* Candidates must be willing to be posted in Tarjun (Kotabaru) – South Borneo, Jawa & North Sumatera.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply (min. GPA 2.9)
* Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

III.Maintenance Engineer – (Kalimantan Selatan – Tarjun – Kotabaru)

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or Engineering (Electrical/Electronic).
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Palm Oil Industry is required for this position.
* Candidates must be willing to be posted in Tarjun – Kotabaru (South Borneo).
* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
