We are PT Senayan Trikarya Sempana, the owner / operator of Senayan Square comprising Plaza Senayan, Apartemen Plaza Senayan, Plaza Senayan Arcadia, Sentral Senayan 1 and Sentral Senayan 2.. We currently seek suitably qualified person to join our management team:

I.Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS/DCM)

Requirements:

* Male / Female
* Hold bachelor degree or Diploma holder in QS / Civil Engineering
* Having at least 5 years experience and good knowledge on QS works (Variation Claims, Progress Claims, Final Account) and other related QS works
* Computer Literate
* Excellent English (oral and written)

* Job descriptions

Assist the Owner’s Construction Manager with the preparation of tender documents including bills of quantities, tender evaluations, valuation of design changes, cost report, budget control, evaluation of builder’s claims and progress payment, final account and other general owner’s pre and post contract administration

II.Site Architect (SA/DCM)

Requirements:

* Male
* Age between 27 – 35 years old
* S1 graduate in Architecture
* Having experiences minimum 3 years in site supervision for high rise building with background from construction management, developer, design consultant, or general contractor. Excellent in finishing inspection (especially stone and interior)
* Skill : Corel draw, Photoshop
* Good in English (spoken and written)
* Proactive, hard-worker, loyal, honest, self-motivated and good team work

III.Property Leasing Executive

Requirements:

* Female
* 23 – 30 years old
* Overseas degree in Management / Marketing / Architect / Law or equivalent
* Excellent English (oral and written) is a must
* 1 year relevant experience preferred but not essential
* Good computer skills including excel spreadsheets
* Well organized, details conscious, team player, can work under pressure
* Willing to work on holiday

IV.Chef (CF/APS)

Requirements:

* Male
* 30-40 years old
* Holder of recognized culinary school qualification
* Minimum 5 years experience in a senior position working for hotels, restaurants or establishments of good repute
* Proven track record preparing international cuisine
* Experienced in kitchen and food management, budgeting and cost control
* Strong leadership qualities
* Computer literate
* Able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English
* Willing to work shifts that include weekends and public holidays
