PT HM furniture is a medium sized garden furniture export company based in Semarang, Central Java.
English is the major language used in the company and we work by European standards in quality, professionalism and company structure.
We are still growing and to maintain our dominant position in the market we are looking for an english speaking candidate for the function as

I.Product Developer Garden Furniture-(Jawa Tengah – Jepara / Semarang)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the actual development of new products together with the marketing team.
* Team member for further development of product packing, finishing and â€“improvements.
* Responsible for the production coordination of new samples and commercial samples.
* Communication with suppliers
* Responsible of standardization of new products and new production processes (in coordination with the QA-manager)
* Information collector of market developments
* Making of technical drawings
* +70% of the job is field work at our manufacturing facilities in Jepara

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil), Computer Science/Information Technology, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Others or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): autoCAD CoralDraw.
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent. Job role in Product Management or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.

II.E-marketer Asian market / international Hotel market-(Jawa Tengah – Semarang)

Responsibilities:

* Job description Asian Market:
* – E-marketing activities
* – Intensive contact by email with garden furniture retailers, wholesalers and importers around Asia.
* – Online research of the garden furniture import-market in Asia
* – Follow up of customer-inquiries (online)
* – Follow up of internal projects in your sales-field

* Job description Hotel market:
* – E-marketing activities
* – Intensive contact by email with customers in the contract market; hotel constructors, architects, project developers and others
* – Online research of the project developing market in the international hotel world
* – Follow up of customer-inquiries (online)
* – Follow up of internal projects in your sales-field

* Profile of the candidate:
* – Age 22-35 years, female or male
* – Excellent (written) communicator, organized and accurate
* – Results-driven and fast learning.
* – Fluently in English (written) and preferable in one or more of those other languages: Mandarin, Spanish, Russian, German and/or French.
* – For the candidate marketing ASIAN MARKET we require fluently english and Chinese (Mandarin); additional eventual Spanish.

Responsibilities:

* Job description:
* – Responsible for the Quality assessment in the company. (20%)
* – Intensive contact with suppliers and own production facilities in Jepara about our quality standards and specific product specifications for running production.
* – Responsible for product-standardizations and production-standarizations
* – Communication with Quality Control department in our head office in Semarang
* – Reports directly to the General Director of the company
* – Member of the MT-team

* Profile of the candidate:
* – Age 25-40 years, female or male
* – Hard worker, no 9 till 5 mentality
* – Excellent communicator (verbal and written), organized and accurate
* – Fast learning and trouble-solving mentality.
* – Fluently in English (verbal)
* – Good computer skills (Internet, MS-applications)
* – Good technical knowledge of products and production processes.
* – Working experience (+3 years) in the garden furniture market is a must, preferable on management level.
* – Having own local transportation.
* – Living in Semarang or Jepara. (about 2 days/week in Semarang, rest of the time working in Jepara)

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Industrial), Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): fluently english.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.

* – Development and control of marketing activities
* – Responsible for the production coordination and office-communication
* – Communication (internal and external) on marketing-related matters
* – Customer Management
* – Marketing-budget preparation & control.
* – After 2 years expected to take responsibility for the marketing department

* Profile of the candidate:
* – Age 25-40 years, female or male
* – Fluently English and at least fluently in one other modern language (Marndarin, Spanish, French or German)
* – Graduated (minimal GBA 3.2) on a marketing related study, preferable abroad.
* – Hard worker, career maker.
