I.Business Process Improvement Leader – (Banten, Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Organize and Lead BPI and SQA team
* Lead process improvement activities in BaliCamp, including developing process improvement plan
* Keep conformance of BaliCamp standards with CMMI and ISO requirements
* Manage communication and coordination with other units in BaliCamp and Sigma
* Manage communication with external process consultant and assessor

Requirements:

* Strong leadership and communication skill
* Min. 4 years experince in process improvement/change management process
* In-depth experience in general software engineering concepts & methodology
* Having solid ISO and or CMMI knowledge
