I.Business Executive - Healthcare Management

The ideal candidates are expected to strengthen Marketing Division of IBS Healthcare Management Group in

Requirements :

* Bachelor’s Degree from any major

Responsibilities :

The ideal candidate will have to manage and develop internal and external communication, promotion strategy, and take responsibility for PR key events:

* To proactively seek ideas/opportunities for developing corporate image enhancements through website development, publications, brochures, company profile, newsletters, presentation templates, etc.
* To work closely with divisional heads to develop plans for promoting their divisions in the market - provide internal support in online services, media monitoring, new business development, etc.
* To participate in image-building corporate activities in creating a favourable view of the organisation in the community by managing marketing activities, advertisements, sponsorships, company events, seminars and join-events with potential clients
* Responsible for e-marketing campaigns - a high degree of technical knowledge is not necessary as IBS Group has a webmaster and a strong IT team

Requirements :

* Bachelor’s Degree - either with a background in Communication, Marketing or Public Relation, preferably from overseas
* Should have an excellent understanding of the media communication as a fundamental part of the marketing mix, and the use of media skills as a tool in sales promotion
* Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in developing corporate communication function using communication/marketing tools, website, etc. ideally within a professional services environment
* A communication professional - excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Indonesian languages
* Creative mind, self-starter with initiative, and confident manner
* Ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels
* A working knowledge of the insurance business would be an excellent addition but is not essential if the candidate can demonstrate an aptitude for quick learning

III.HR Staff

Responsibilities :

To handle HR functions and activities in the area of recruitment and selection, training and staff development, and other tasks related with his/her area of responsibilities.

* S1 degree in Psychology
